City of Swan, Urban Housing Strategy
The City of Swan is contributing affordable housing by creating a greater number of locations that will permit increased development to encourage housing diversity and social inclusion. The City of Swan recognises that local government strategies alone will not achieve these goals alone, but through their Urban Housing Strategy intends to support and facilitate development that contributes towards affordable housing.
